Fair agreement. Plain text.

These terms are an agreement between you and Landbrugsguiden, CVR 43823620, Gammelmark 14, 6310 Broager. By creating an account or using CropMate you accept them. A parent or guardian must manage the account for a child under 13.

CropMate is a web application/PWA for planning and caring for a garden. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees or professional agronomic advice.

You are responsible for securing your login details, providing accurate information and notifying us about suspected unauthorised use.

Available plans, prices, included features and billing periods are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; mandatory consumer rights always apply.

EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. The precise effect of requesting immediate digital delivery depends on mandatory consumer law and requires final legal review; contact support@cropmate.dk within the deadline.

Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass technical limits, scrape or reverse-engineer protected interfaces, resell without permission, upload content you do not control, or harass other users.

Your uploads remain yours. You grant only the licence needed to operate the service. Diagnosis content may contribute to shared learning only after a separate voluntary opt-in and documented data minimisation.

Generative AI responses are primarily processed by Anthropic (Claude). OpenAI is used only in flows that require embeddings of search text. Provider logging, abuse monitoring and any temporary retention follow the current API agreement and production configuration. CropMate does not promise a fixed provider-retention period or “no training” without evidence for the active agreement, and does not itself use private AI input for model training without separate voluntary consent.

AI can be wrong or outdated and is not a professional certificate. Confirm high-risk decisions, chemicals and food-safety questions with an independent qualified source. CropMate does not make decisions with legal effect for you.

Plants and weather are variable, so CropMate cannot guarantee a result. Liability exclusions and caps apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law; this clause requires legal review in every launch market.

You may cancel at any time. Serious misuse can lead to suspension or termination. Account deletion and legally required retention follow the privacy policy and the documented deletion process.

Danish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights in your country. Jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording requires legal review for each market.

We may update the terms for product, operational or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated in reasonable time.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.
